Hello

You questions above and many more are answered brilliantly in 2 simple verses, let me explain one important point first:

When Allah orders us to obey someone who is a human, that one has to be alive, it just does not makes sense to obey a dead man. Following a dead man is totally different story than obeying a dead man, this is because obeying a dead man does not exist (logically speaking), the only entity that we are ordered to obey regardless of this factor (living), is Allah

So when Allah tells us to Obey Allah and His messenger, it means to Obey Allah orders all the times (through His message and obey the messenger through his living life)

Ahl Al Sunnah and Shirk however manipulate the very logical context of the above and just keep brainwashing the Muslims that Obey Allah and His messenger means to Obey Allah in the Quran and the messenger through the heresay hadith after his death, it just makes no sense especially that heresay hadith was never mentioned in the Quran

The obeying element is also mention clearly in the Quran that ALL MESSNEGERS WERE SENT BUT TO BE OBEYED, i.e. during their life time not after their death, what the human do after their death is a mere following not obeying orders.

This crystal clear fact is even made clearer in the following two verses that will surely answer all your questions and even the ones that you still didn????????????????????????????¢?????????????????????¢??????????????????????¬?????????????????????¢??????????????????????¢t ask regarding the punishment of any crime.

58: Surely Allah commands you to make over trusts to their owners and that when you judge between people you judge with justice; surely Allah admonishes you with what is excellent; surely Allah is Seeing, Hearing.

59: O you who believe! obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority from among you; then if you quarrel about anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you believe in Allah and the last day; this is better and very good in the end.

[The Quran ; 4:58:59]

-> Verse 4:58, Allah started the verse with this law: ????????????????????????????¢?????????????????????¢??????????????????????¬???????????????????????????? Surely Allah commands you to make over trusts to their owners????????????????????????????¢?????????????????????¢??????????????????????¬????????????????????????????, then another important law: ????????????????????????????¢?????????????????????¢??????????????????????¬???????????????????????????? and that when you judge between people you judge with justice????????????????????????????¢?????????????????????¢??????????????????????¬????????????????????????????, the second law here is very important because it may involve LAW MAKING, this will be more clear after reading the next verse:

-> Verse 5:59, Now Allah is telling us to obey Him, the messenger AND THE PEOPLE WITH AUTHORITY FROM AMOUNG US: ????????????????????????????¢?????????????????????¢??????????????????????¬???????????????????????????? O you who believe! obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority from among you????????????????????????????¢?????????????????????¢??????????????????????¬????????????????????????????, i.e. Allah is obeyed all the times, the prophet is obeyed in his life and after he dies, the live humans who are in authority are to be obeyed (this represent a huge number of different people, like presidents, ministers, judges, police officers and surely law makers), this verse should demolish this non sense about obeying the dead prophet through an impossible to be confirmed heresay (conjectures) ????????????????????????????¢?????????????????????¢??????????????????????¬????????Zann????????????????????????????¢?????????????????????¢??????????????????????¬???????????????????????????? that we were ordered by Allah in the Quran to avoid MOST of conjectures even if the LEAST of it is not true

-> Now let me ask those heresay advocates, would 4:59 also tells us to obey a bunch of people after they die through what we heard about them?, i.e. those people in authority that we should obey according to 4:59 should have their hadith as well, see where the conflict comes from, that is why Allah said in the verse ????????????????????????????¢?????????????????????¢??????????????????????¬????????MINKUM????????????????????????????¢?????????????????????¢??????????????????????¬????????????????????????????, i.e. ALIVE AMONG US

-> As you can see clearly that 5:59 should answer all your current questions as well future questions that you might have, i.e. we should OBEY THE LAW MAKERS IN THE LAND if the punishment is not mentioned in the Quran

-> Making the laws should be in conjunction with the previous verse 4:58 that if we judge between people we should judge with justice, i.e. when we make new laws between the people, we should make it with justice

-> Finally, this is the most important point in my comment, imagine the people in authority have a conflict judging between people, creating new law, of just any conflict whatsoever, in this case we should return the matter to ALLAH AND the messenger, I have highlighted the word AND in red, this is very important, because we are not ordered to refer the matter to one OR the other, rather BOTH TOGETHER, this is because Mohammad would have never contradicted Allah, see how it was said in the verse :????????????????????????????¢?????????????????????¢??????????????????????¬???????????????????????????? فَإِن تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ????????????????????????????¢?????????????????????¢??????????????????????¬????????????????????????????, i.e. ????????????????????????????¢?????????????????????¢??????????????????????¬???????????????????????????? then if you quarrel about anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger,????????????????????????????¢?????????????????????¢??????????????????????¬????????????????????????????.NOT Allah OR the Messenger. i.e. we can refer to the prophet heresay in a law that in noway contradicts Allah, again see how it is said:

refer it to Allah and the Messenger

No contradiction can ever exist between the two
