2.91 - And when it is said to them: Believe in what Allah has sent down, they said: We believe in what was sent down to us. And they disbelieve in what came after that while it is the truth verifying that which is with them. Say: Then why did you kill the prophets of Allah before, if you are indeed believers? 2.92 - And indeed Musa has certainly come to you with clear proofs; then you took the calf after that while you were unjust. 2.93 - And when We took your covenant and raised Tur mount over you (saying): Take what We have given you with might and listen. They said: We heard and disobeyed; and they were made to imbibe the calf into their hearts by their disbelief. Say: Miserable is that which your belief commands you, if you should be believers. 2.94 - Say: If the home of the hereafter with Allah is especially for you other than the (rest of) the people, then wish for death, if you should be truthful. 2.95 - And never will they wish for it, ever, because of what their hands have put forth. And Allah is Knowing of the unjust. 2.96 - And you will find them most attached to life, and those who are polytheists; one of them hopes that he would be made to live a thousand years, but it will not remove him remove him the slightest from the torture that he could be granted long life. And Allah is Seeing of what they do. 2.97 - Say: Whoever is the enemy of Jibreel; for indeed, he brought it (Quran) down to your heart by the permission of Allah, verifying that which is before it, and a guidance and good tidings for the believers 2.98 - Whoever is the enemy of Allah and His angels and His messengers and Jibreel and Mikaeel, then; then indeed, Allah is the enemy of the unbelievers. 2.99 - And We have sent down to you clear signs, and none disbelieve in them except those who are disobedient. 2.100 - And whenever they made a covenant, a team of them dishonoured it. Rather most of them do not believe.
