Just a thought, in todays Islamic World which are ruled by Laws other then Allaah, The Most High and The best Judge are in a state of complete mess.

1) The earlier generation of Muslims lived by the Quran and the success they acheived is something unique in the History of Mankind.

Look at the first Caliph Abu Bakr radiAllaahuanhu did he read political science, economics no way but his Judgment was derived from the Quran and the Sunnah of Prophet, (who lived the by the Quran) but still ruled ditto for Hazrath Umer radiAllaahuanhu.

2) The Ruler of the Kingdom and the Imam the one who passes the fatwa are two different entities. Which was not in the case, when Prophet lived and the first Caliph's of Islam.

Well the two points jotted down above, clearly conclude that, and this is my opinion for the Muslims to regain power in this world

The ruler and the imam should be one, here the ruler shold be religiously knowledgeable and Matured enough to Pass judgment . Because the Imams are government sponsored and there fatwa is obviously being biased in support of the government.

Well, this is my opinion the Ruler should be one for religious purpose as well as for the Worldly Matters.

I agree bro that the ruler of any land should be religiously knowledgable, and should be applying the laws of Allah

Take care
